It has a half high collar with ruffled edging from the same fabric. The blouse has 4 pleads on each side. It has buttons all over the front of the blouse covered with the same fabric. The blouse is long and reaches the hips. It comes in size small, medium and large. Very comfortable wearing in summer. This design dates back to the Pioneer era and is modest and very feminine.
